Position Overview: Brand Manager
As a Brand Manager at ONroute, you will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of your assigned brand(s). Reporting to the General Manager or Associate General Manager, you will collaborate with the plaza team to ensure financial goals, franchise standards, and customer service excellence are achieved. You will also act as the Manager-in-Charge in the absence of senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to meet sales and budget targets.
- Oversee inventory processes and ensure timely order management.
- Hire, train, and develop team members, ensuring high standards of health and safety.
- Maintain brand, audit, and customer service excellence.
- Serve as the Manager-in-Charge when necessary, ensuring plaza-wide compliance with standards and regulations.
Accountability Areas
Inventory and Ordering
You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, delivering budgeted food cost targets, and ensuring accurate data maintenance in the inventory management system. This includes timely order placement, receipt, and reconciliation.
Brand, Audit, and Customer Service
You will ensure compliance with franchise audits, health standards, and customer service expectations. This includes conducting self-audits, developing action plans, and actively engaging with team members to provide coaching and feedback.
Team Development and Health & Safety
Your role includes hiring and developing a team of Crew Members and Shift Supervisors. You will ensure all health and safety procedures are followed and maintain a performance-driven culture. Scheduling and labor targets are also part of your responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in high-volume food and beverage or merchandise operations.
- Proficiency with POS Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional leadership skills and a focus on customer experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to/from the Ingleside plaza.
