Ever want to see what other investment ‘gurus’ are doing with the money they have under their administration. I came across a cool site called GuruFocus that does just that.
For example, go in and take a look at Warren Buffet. You will see that on March 31, 2006 he bought some ConocoPhillips, what he bought it for, and how many shares he holds. Although I would never use this site to make my investment decisions, I certainly would use it to generate ideas of stocks that I could evaluate for further research.
The crappy thing about sites like this is they are perpetually out of date, so making decisions based on what you see is silly – you will in no way mimic any returns of these investors due to the time lapse. It is interesting nonetheless.
